Job applications

When you apply for a role, the details you submit — name, contact details, CV, and your answers to any role-specific questions — are sent to our applicant tracking system, Workable, which processes them on our behalf. We use this data solely to assess your application and to contact you about it.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting for open roles, and, where you have given it, your consent to keep your details on file for future openings. We retain application data for as long as it stays relevant to hiring, and delete it after that.

Website analytics

We keep the site deliberately light. If and when we add analytics, this section will name the provider, what is collected, and how to opt out.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict processing. Write to hello@koton-trading.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and move the date at the top.
